How many guests can we invite?
The space accommodates up to 60 guests, depending on your layout. Tell us whether you’re planning a seated gathering, an open house, or cocktail-style mingling so we can help you work out the arrangement.
Can we rearrange and decorate the space?
Yes. Rearrange the furniture and decorate to suit your celebration. The setup in our photos is just one option. You’re welcome to bring décor, catering, desserts, florals, and balloons; please remove everything you bring at the end of your rental.
Does our rental time include setup and cleanup?
Yes. Setup and cleanup happen within the hours you reserve. Choose a rental length that gives you time to decorate, enjoy your gathering, and leave the space ready for the next event.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome. Please contact us about alcohol before making plans for your event.
Is the photo booth included?
Yes. Your event rental includes photo booth access and digital photos. Printed photo strips are available as a paid add-on at booking.
Can we add more time?
If availability allows, you can add an additional hour to your rental. Extra time is available as a paid add-on at booking.
What deposit is required?
A 20% non-refundable deposit reserves your event date.
What if we need to reschedule or cancel?
You can reschedule up to 3 days before your event, provided the new date is within 1 month of the original date, with no penalty. Cancellations require at least 1 week’s notice. Your 20% deposit is non-refundable.
Where can our guests park?
A shared public parking lot is behind the building, with additional street parking nearby. Carpooling can help for larger gatherings.
