St. Croix Vow House – Event Space Terms & Conditions

By booking the event space at St. Croix Vow House, you agree to the following:

Booking & Payment

  • 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and time.

  • Any remaining balances must be paid in full before your rental takes place

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

  • One reschedule is allowed with at least 2 days’ notice.

  • New date must be within 2 months of the original booking.

  • Reschedules are subject to availability.

Rental Time

  • Your reserved time includes setup and cleanup.

  • Please plan accordingly so your event begins and ends within your booked timeframe.

  • Additional time may be added in advance or day-of (if availability allows).

Arrival & Departure

  • Access to the space begins at your scheduled start time.

  • All guests, belongings, and decor must be removed by the end of your booking.

  • A 10-minute grace period may be allowed. After that, additional fees may apply.

Capacity

  • Guest count must remain within the agreed-upon limit.

  • St. Croix Vow House reserves the right to end an event if capacity is exceeded.

Setup, Decor & Cleanup

  • You are welcome to bring your own decor and personal touches.

  • No nails, screws, or permanent adhesives may be used on walls or fixtures.

  • All decor and personal items must be removed at the end of your rental.

  • The space should be left in the condition it was found.

Food & Beverage

  • Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted.

  • Alcohol policies are subject to local regulations and may change. Please confirm in advance if applicable.

Vendors

  • Outside vendors are allowed.

  • Clients are responsible for coordinating vendor arrival and setup within their rental time.

Photo & Video

  • Photography and videography are allowed.

  • By booking, you grant St. Croix Vow House permission to use photos/videos taken in the space for marketing purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.

Damage & Liability

  • The booking party is responsible for any damage caused by guests or vendors.

  • St. Croix Vow House is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Conduct

  • Events must be conducted in a respectful and lawful manner.

  • Excessive noise, illegal activity, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of the event without refund.

Right to Refuse Service

St. Croix Vow House reserves the right to refuse or end any booking that does not comply with these terms.
